Waterfall Series - Around the World
The height of the ladder allows you to go well below the level of your pelvis and legs, creating a much more challenging exercise. It's difficult to control your body as you're lowering and even harder to bring yourself back up. Using the straps, you can rotate and take a moment at the bottom to lay your body out into upside down arch.
Obviously this isn't an exercise you'd start with. It's the culmination of easier exercises built up to this full circle version. It's the 4th and final step.
