Now that I’m traveling to lead the Wingmaster Course, I’m getting the opportunity to meet more trainers and Master Trainers who I’ve known only through social media. Mike is an excellent instructor with an encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy. Gyrotonic has been a key part to keeping me wing foiling, and loose on the court.

Mike is one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. I came to his studio after an injury from a car accident and he has been helping me recover my posture and mobility with a ton of wisdom and care. Often, if I have pain or tightness in a certain area, I’ll walk out of his studio feeling much lighter and stronger than before. He really knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Mike's for 18 months and counting. Mike is an excellent communicator and trainer. While the gyro workout is physical, I find it is more mental. I am challenged in ways I am not in other "traditional" workouts. Mike is a Rotarian with my husband in the Upcountry Maui Rotary Club, and a contributor to the community. I am very pleased as Mike's client and fellow upcountry resident. I have (and will continue) to refer any and all to Mike's training!

Mike is a great Gyrotonic trainer. He communicates well, has a good studio, and customizes the workouts to what is most needed for each individual's physical improvements, for both strength and mobility. I've worked with him for privates, duos and trios and he's a wonderful trainer in all class settings. I highly recommend Gyrotonics and Mike Luque and his training.

Mike is a wonderful Gyrotonic master instructor. He is the creator of Gyrotonic master wing course.His training based on the fundamental of Gyrotonic expansion system plus strength, and stability. After the course I felt increased in my mobility, strength, and felt great and taller. Thank you!!. 👍👍👍
